Host Hala Gores speaks with attorney Tom Nelson, who just returned from Gaza as a member of  a  National Lawyers Guild delegation of 8 attorneys who went to Gaza to assess  the effects of the recent attacks on the Palestinian people, and to determine  what, if any, violations of international law occurred and whether U.S. domestic  law has been violated as a consequence. She also speaks with Bill Corcoran, President of American Near East Refugee Aid  (ANERA), who also just returned from a visit to Gaza. ANERA was incorporated in  1968 to help ease the suffering of Palestinian refugees after the Arab-Israeli  War of 1967. It has become one of the largest American non-profits working  solely in the Middle East for 40 years. In fiscal year 2008, ANERA delivered  more than $50 million worth of donated medicine and medical supplies into Gaza,  the West Bank and Lebanon.
