The splendid little illegal war that the U.S. has been waging in the southern Caribbean seems to have crossed the line (if it hadn't already) into full-blown war crimes. This, plus the looming specter of troops on the streets, prompted a group of veteran members of Congress to remind uniformed personnel of their duty to disobey illegal or un-Constitutional orders, which in turn inspired the President to threaten them with death by hanging.
