Thousands of survivors of the September 11th attacks marched on New York’s City Hall yesterday demanding that city officials stop trying to block a ballot initiative calling for a new investigation of the attacks.
The marchers included family members of those killed in the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center, as well as first responders who continue to suffer health effects from contamination at Ground Zero.
Ted Walter, with the New York Coalition for Accountability Now, helped organize the march:
