 The Social Security sends letters to employers when names and social security numbers fail to match.  Recently, the Department of Homeland Security, or DHS, has gotten involved.  A court order has restrained the DHS, who now is floating a new set of rules.  Ethan Scarl spoke with Aeryca Steinbauer of CAUSA The public has until April 25th to comment on the new rules.  Comments can be submitted at the DHS website  at  contact.dhs. gov.
