I’d like to invite you to listen to folk music on KBOO - Pastures of Plenty on Wednesday morning June 11th, from 5:30 till 7 AM.
You’ll hear a variety of topics and songs about life — as usual for folk music, I guess. The program starts with Molly O’Brien and Rich Moore performing "Train Home" - a Chris Smithers song. Peter, Paul and Mary sing "Garden Song" (requires fertile ground and water) as spring is turning into summer . At the end there's a good thought to pursue - "May Peace Prevail Upon Earth" from Heather Pierson & Bernice Martin. The program title "Get a Life!" comes from C. Daniel Boling. One of my new favorite songs.
