In Which the City Council Has Buyer's Remorse

This month's show focuses on the recent interactions between the Police Accountability Commission (PAC) and Portland City Council, as the PAC gets closer to its August 31 deadline to present the council with its complete plan for a new police oversight system.

This show uses audio from the May 17 city council meeting, the May 23 city council work session, and the June 1 meeting of the full PAC.

TUNE IN on July 25 for a live call-in show with members of the PAC from 5-6pm! We'll be asking them about the structure of the new oversight system they've come up with and how the transition from the old system is being planned, and taking questions from listeners.
