The Play: Alberta Redefined the: compelling stories regarding the impact of gentrification.

Join hosts Tina Turner-Morfitt, Dr. Audrey Terrell and Ms. Deborah Hall in a special opportunity to chat about the play, Redefining Alberta. Redefining Alberta is a one night affair scheduled for May 25, 2019, is defined as a collection of 8 storytelling experiences of gentrification of a Northeast Portland neighborhood. Some residents were pushed out of their homes, while those who remained gained strength in battling the roadblocks in their way. Our guest are the play wright, Shalanda Sims, Todd Strickland, the creator of the media backdrops and Zoe Piliafas. The play is hosted by Rukaiyah Adams and Chris Williams. The featured story tellers are:  Angelette Hamilton, Benita Presley, Marnella M. Mosley, Paul Knauls Jr, Mitchell S Jackson, Roslyn Hill, Sam Brooks, Donna Hammond, and Patrick Strickland.
