An interview with Will Levenson, Executive Director of the Human Access project

Hosts Lisa Loving and Suzanne Lagrande will interview Will Levenson, executive Director of the The Human Access Project. The Willamette River is our home. We live on or near its banks and cross it every day. Yet, for generations we humans have mistreated, neglected, and scorned it. Well, the tide is turning. Together with others, the Human Access Project (HAP) is helping people "get into" this natural treasure - to enjoy it, preserve it, and cherish it for generations to come. They will be opening a new beach this summer across the Willamette River from Tom McCall Waterfront Park. They want it to be named after the historic Oregon governor’s wife, Audrey McCall. We speak with Will about the Human Access Project and what happens next. For more about the Human Access project, visit http://www.humanaccessproject.com/
