Oregon Nurses Caucus for Powerful Reform

Labor Radio's guests, four rank-and-file caregivers, all from different units and employers, members of the Oregon Nurses Association, have helped form a new caucus within the ONA called the Caucus for Powerful Reform.  These healthcare workers describe the challenges and opportunities for transforming their union, to maximize member participation, leadership transparency and positive outcomes for the community.
