Sat, 07/12/2008 Angola 3 defendant Albert Woodfox had his 1973 comviction for the killing of Angola prison guard overturned by a federal judge in Lousisiana. This is a significant victory for former Black Panther, Woodfox who was held in solitary confinement for over 34 years.
