Interview with Dan Halsted
Dan Halsted's search for accountability after encountering police brutality four years ago ended when the Portland City Council awarded him a quarter of a million dollars earlier this week.
Police wrongfully accused Halsted of Vandalism while he was walking home. He was tasered five times, and while being detained suffered facial fractures and abrasions.
KBOO's Frances Fagan spoke with Dan Halsted about his experience.
