I had a dream a few nights ago that I was walking around a non-descript large city, and stopped to look at a store window where there was a news broadcast playing on a TV (I think this is actually out of a scene in the movie "Splash" or maybe "Being There").

On the screen flashed a picture of Exene Cervenka (singer for the band X) and the newscaster said that she had died earlier that day. I just stood there, flabbergasted. As it was sinking in, a woman came and stood beside me. I don't remember if she said her name or not, but I knew that this was Exene's sister. I talked to her for awhile, can't remember specifically what was said though. And then woke up.
