This August join us for a sneak peek at the development of the Off-Road Bicycling Master Plan. Michelle Kunec-North, project manager for the Off Road Cycling Master Plan at the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability and Kelsey Cardwell, President of the North West Trail Alliance will be enlightening us on their vision for the future of single-track mountain biking in Portland-- or if it even has a place here.
