The 'BOO is Alive - with the Sound of the Von Trapps!

We're delighted to welcome the Von Trapps to this week's Songcircle. They are Portland residents and, yes, the youngest generation of performers from the famous Von Trapp family depicted in the classic musical The Sound of Music. They've performed and recorded with Rufus Wainwright and Portland luminaries Pink Martini and Storm Large. The sound of the Von Trapps' own music features some of the old-fashioned innocence and sibling harmonies you might expect from the family franchise, joined to a contemporary sensibility.
