Radio Theater

Tonight we present "The Great Orpheum Gravy Boat Riot", a short story by Jean Shepherd, the author of "A Christmas Story". Set in a small Indiana town during the years of the Great Depression, Leopold Doppler, owner of the Orpheum Theater, would attract audiences by holding contests each night of the week besides just showing movies. But the trouble started with the offer of a free set of dishes. This program is now posted at <http://kboo.fm/node/50171>
