Tonight's show was full of thought-provoking words and music! I hope you enjoyed the journey!
There was a special edition of the spoken word "open mic" segment featuring some of the wonderful contributors to the Kicked Out Anthology, as well as an interview with editor & visionary, Sassafras Lowery.
Contributors/Writers:
Sabine Tigerlily Vasco
Philip J. Reeves
kay ulanday barrett
I highly recommend picking up a copy of the Anthology for you and a friend. Pick up a copy and drop it off at your local youth community centre/shelter/space. The Kicked Out Anthology was printed by Homofactus Press. You can also find the Kicked Out Anthology on Facebook.
**Note: the audio of the extended interviews with all three contributors, as well as audio of the live interview with Sassafras Lowery, will be available soon. Please check this space to download the inspirational audio and hear the writers share their thoughts about the Anthology, their stories and their hopes!**
