PASTORS FOR PEACE FRIENDSHIPMENT CARAVAN TO CUBA
The Pastors for Peace Friend-ship-ment Caravan to Cuba is an aid caravan that travels through the U-S, Canada and Mexico to bring essential goods to Cuba.
Cuba has been subject to a U-S embargo for nearly half a century.
The Caravan makes its stop in Portland today.
Listeners can join the group tonight at 6:30 P-M at the Red and Black Café for education and discussion about Cuba and the
U-S embargo.
KBOO’s Jenn Chavez spoke with Sandino Gomez, coordinater and speaker for the 2010 caravan.
They talked about the mission and what it intends to challenge….
