Volunteers of America Home Free Restraining Order Program is the civil legal advocacy program thats offer in-person advocacy and support to people seeking protective orders at the Multnomah County Courthouse. Volunteers are needed―training will be taking place in September. The program primarily serves clients who have not accessed existing domestic and sexual violence resources such as crisis lines or shelters, and who have recently experienced an assault or abusive incident.
