Join the World Affairs Council of Oregon for Music and Movie Under the Stars TONIGHT.   Music starts at 6:30, the film begins at dusk and will be held at Washington Park Amphitheater.  Washington Park is located at 600 SW Kingston Ave in Portland.  The featured film will be Vicky Cristina Barcelona, a film directed by Woody Allen. Volunteers of America Home Free Restraining Order Program is the civil legal advocacy program thats offer in-person advocacy and support to people seeking protective orders at the Multnomah County Courthouse.  Volunteers are needed―training will be taking place in September.  The program primarily serves clients who have not accessed existing domestic and sexual violence resources such as crisis lines or shelters, and who have recently experienced an assault or abusive incident.
