Happy happy Friday peeps! This is Margaret with YOUR COMMUNITY CALENDAR for the twenty-fifth of December 2009.  

This evening at 7:30, the Acadia ballroom invites you to participate in Dances of Universal Peace. These circle dances blend folk-style dancing with words and themes from the world's religions. Each dance is fully taught, very EASY to learn, and guided. Children who can follow instructions and maintain a sacred atmosphere are also welcome. These dances take place every Friday night at the Acadia Ballroom (1829 NE Alberta St, Portland OR) at 7:30pm.
