Hedy West died in July 2005. She wrote and arranged "500 Miles" but the song she did that I hear most is Henry's arrangement of "Little Sadie". Henry chose four of her songs to note her passing including "Little Sadie".

I have tried for the longest time to replace my "Beau Lampkin" record... Really enjoyed Hedy West during my uni days in the Sixties...helped me study through the night.
