It's hard to pin down exactly how Secretary Clinton managed to lose the presidential election to possibly the least qualified person in the world. Misogyny, of course. Years of witch-hunting, definitely. Widespread voter suppression, boy howdy. Economically dislocated voters, sure. A politically-motivated FBI, yes. Coziness with power and influence, for sure. Interference from Russian hackers -- less so, but still a factor. In all likelihood, it's all of the above and then some, and now we're all headed for uncharted waters. Abe and Joe take your calls.
