Congress wants to know what role Vice President Dick Cheney played in a plan that led to the die-off of about 70 thousand salmon in the Klamath Basin in 2002.
The House Natural Resources Committee says allegations of Cheney’s involvement in the 10-year water plan that diverted water to irrigators at the expense of fish in the Klamath Basin, merits investigation.
