Amazing song that began the 8 o clock hour!

"WE BREAK OUR LEGS!  AND WE SAY F**K YOU AS THEY OFFER US CRUTCHES!"

That, repeated with a cool bass line, piano, and great percussion = a moving, socially motivated song in my  book!  A google search of the lyrics yielded no results, and I'm wondering who the band was....

Who are they??
