Dr. Zomb will be joined in the air room by Christopher Kirkley (Sahelsounds) and Warren Hill (Little Axe/Mississippi) who have recently returned from a month in Nigeria with over 300 vinyl records!
They'll be playing a selection of what they found - from traditional Sakara, to Afro-funk, to Nigerian disco - and sharing stories about digging for records in one of Africa's most prolific musical landscapes...
We'll be in the first day of our Spring membership drive and Chris and Warren will be generously offering up a few recent lp releases from their respective labels as thank-you gifts for those who call in to support during the show.
