Trawler Bycatch is an authentic avant rock band. Bands have been trying to harness what bands like Captain Beefheart and Henry Cow laid down in 1970's. But this band knows that imitating doesn't work. This is a very original combo of Zac Nelson, Zach Dellorto-Blackwell with Russ Archer. Now, people will say they sound like this and that band, and its kind of true, but actually, its not. They sound like Trawler F'ing Bycatch and they rock.
In addition to highlighting this No.Fest 2010 band, I will be reviewing the entire past present and future of No.Fest in an attempt to generate some excitement for this happening 3rd annual free music and arts event.
