Tue, 02/02/2010 This past Friday evening, Portland Police officer Ronald Frashour shot and killed Aaron Campbell in northeast Portland.Campbell was suicidal after the death of his brother, his best friend, the night before, and may or may not have had a gun. But he never threatened officers, threatening only that he may kill himself or get police to kill him.
KBOO’s Jenka Soderberg spoke with Jason Renaud, with the Mental Health Association of Portland, about the issues brought up by this latest police shooting in Portland:
