Imani Muhammad and Portland Youth Summit organizers join Celeste Carey to celebrate and promote the 3rd Annual Youth Summit
On Saturday February 7, 2009 Portland State University’s NAACP college chapter, The Traveling Pillar, and the Youth Task Force of the Millions More Movement will host the 3rd Annual Youth Summit on the campus of Portland State University. This year’s theme is The Future is All About Y.O.U.th (Youth Organized & United to Help). The Youth Summit will include workshops, youth panel discussion dialogue, and keynote address. The event closes with a youth talent showcase with local and national artists and special guests.
The Youth Task Force of the Millions More Movement directed and inspired this event and continues to expand their vision by involving more organizations and people to make this event successful.
