Sentencing in the Mohamed Mohamud Postponed Again
Sentencing in the Mohamed Mohamud has been postponed once again.
Earlier postponements had been sealed by Judge King and are thought to have been initiated by the public defenders' filings regarding exculpatory evidence.
This postponement was apparently initiated by a memo filed by the prosecution regarding the use of inculpatory evidence stemming from an untested amendment to the Foreign Intelligence Surveilence Act .
KBOO's Joe Meyer spoke with law professor Tung Yin of Lewis and Clark University for details.
