Justice Center Protesters Call Random Targeting of Protestors a Scare Tactic.

In the first Occupy Portland case to be decided by a jury, Jonathan Zook was found not guilty of charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and assault.

He was found guilty of interfering with a police officer.

And Judge Karin Immergut sentenced Mr. Zook to two days in jail, one-year probation, a four hundred dollar fine, and eighty hours of community service.

KBOO’s Jimmy Tardy and Joe Meyer filed this report from the Justice Center in downtown Portland.
