A stunning interview: one that everybody needs to hear. Bill Arkin has made the case for transparency succinctly to the point and devastatingly accurate with respect to the threat to democracy and freedom that is posed by JSOC's behaviour. He cites the lack of oversight and freedom to operate at will internationally as a force of death that shames everyone who believes in and stands for democratic values and its rule of law in the US never mind international law he says.
I had just finished listening to this broadcast when I was treated to: “He can't write anymore. It's discouraging: what he says. Get in there. Get this stuff,” said a male. Earlier a female had said “I didn't know you want him dead.” This comes from the Toxic Surveillance crew driven by Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret who has been in place at my home in North Kensington, London, UK since February 2001. There is nothing post 9/11 about this totally invasive surveillance and its development carried out indefinitely. Bill Arkin sees this in JSOC carried out publicly.
This is being carried out against me publicly too as well only it's indefinite surveillance technology abuse of the most extreme kind with technology that is beyond anyone's imagination unless it is seen and/or epxerienced. I believe that its orgin is Top Secret America as I've noted often in my comments. Here's one more as this goes on while Bill Arkin and Dana Priest continue their phenomenal work. I had just posted another comment to a Washington Post article concerning Arlington Cemetery on this Veterans/Armistice Day. I think it is fitting to repeat it here:
For all those who have served to preserve and protect freedom and democracy on this Veterans/Armistice Day 11.11.11. The Zuni/Tamaroa remains as the last known floating ship that participated in the invasion of Iwo Jima. My father, Ray Chance, was her first captain during WWII and is now buried in Arlington. There is a tribute to him half way down this link http://bit.ly/dSD3GH. He's buried near Rene Gagnon one of those who raised the flag at Iwo Jima. During the Cold War the Tamaroa served out of New York Harbour to protect the coasts and continue to rescue. To all those who faithfully served.
I want to also point out that my father was stationed at Pearl Harbour on 7th December 1941 and experienced the nearest thing to 9/11 that has occurred to the US in recent history. I served in the USAF Security Service (1961 to 1964) from the time the Berliln Wall went up on 13th August 1961 through the Cuban Missile Crises and JFK's assassination to the election of LBJ. I served with people who had been in Berlin and who had flown misisons against Cuba. The course of the US military took a turn for the worse with Vietnam and still has elements who seek to become a law unto themselves hiding behind war as a false justification for behaving in anyway they want. The Berlin Wall came down 22 years ago on 9th November 1989. It seems to me that the Stasi has shifted westward.
I want to ask if those in JSOC and the likes of the Lt Harry Birds USMC Ret spread around the world are serving “faithfully?” This applies to US DoD contractors as well as active duty personnel. Are they really preserving and protecting the Constitution of the US like so many before including my father and myself on active duty? In essence this is protecting the world by proper legal means and methods as judged by the standard of the United States Code. Those in JSOC and what I am experiencing are not. I am experiencing those who are taking advantage of terror and secrecy plus human fears to fill their pockets and create power and glory for themselves at the expense of the lives of other people like myself. It must be stopped.

BTW the Zuni/Tamaroa noted above was constructed by Commericial Iron Works and commissioned in Portlant on 9th October 1943 going on for over 50 years of service including WWII with the Navy and thereafter the Coastguard as can be seen highlighted here:
