This Saturday author Karla Yazzolino will read from her memoir -” If Seen - My Journey - Living with Anxiety.” In her memoir she takes the reader through her childhood, teen, and adult life to show how, going unchecked, the anxiety is allowed to feed and prosper. Her memoir also shows the process of good therapy and the outcome of hope.
