Brenda Davis, a registered dietitian and nutritionist, is the co-author of seven books including The New Becoming Vegetarian: The Essential Guide to a Healthy Vegetarian Diet, first published in 1995, and Becoming Raw in 2010. She is currently on a diabetes research project in the Marshall Islands.
