Class struggles in France, police killings, matching workers with work, being out in a small town.

Hosted by Bill Resnick, this program features the French national anthem La Marseillaise which celebrates the victory of the people over the aristocracy in the revolution of 1789. Against this background, Bill interviews economist Richard Wolff about the class struggles going on today in France, as well as local author and activist Kristian Williams about police violence here in Portland. Joe Clement contributes a reading about unmet needs and unemployed labor, and Movie Mole Wendy Webb interviews the directors of a new film about coming out of the closet in small town America.
