Interview with Rob Czernik of the RNC-8 & the 9th Circuit revisits the Briana Waters trial.

Breaking news:   Here we are on the second of three Global Days of Action on behalf of Bradley Manning – and at the end of a week in which the 9th Circuit Court in its infinite wisdom saw fit to overturn Briana Waters conviction.  Yesterday afternoon in Minneapolis, the RNC 8 learned that charges  against Luce Guillen-Givins, Monica Bicking and Eryn Trimmer have been  dropped!   The fact that charges have been dismissed against these three members of what Ramsey County has for two years labeled a "criminal enterprise" exposes the political motivations behind this case. Although today's news is an amazing development, charges against four  of the eight defendants still remain and must continue to be fought with renewed strength.

And Get This:

A fast-moving storm packing winds of up to 100 mph ripped through New York yesterday.   The storm knocked down  trees and power lines, snarling traffic, tore off roofs and left one person dead.  The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning a little after 5 for Staten Island – thus enhancing the term “rush hour”. Shortly afterward, warnings were issued for Brooklyn and Queens.   Residents of the top floors of buildings were evacuated..   Reports from around the New York region described black skies, roofs shaking, windows and doors torn off.  A postcard from the future of climate destabilization.
