This weekend is the 14th  annual Art In The Pearl. This festival fills the Northwest Portland Park blocks with art, theater, music, and hands-on activities for people of all ages.  Art In The Pearl, will be in the Northwest Park blocks, between W Burnside and NW Glisan at 8th Ave in Portland. The hours are 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday, and 10am to 5pm on Monday.

The Annual Proper Festival & Education Rally will be next saturday! The festival serves to unite local artists, businesses, organizations, churches and neighbors from the inner city and suburbs to boost support for education in Portland.
