Our guest is Ken Allen, Executive Director of Oregon AFSCME Council 75. Brother Allen has been the Executive Director since 1995 and is also an International Vice President of AFSCME International and an Executive Board member of the Oregon AFL-CIO. The Coalition of Black Trade Unionists discussion with Brother Allen will examine a brief analysis of the Friedrichs v California Teachers Association, a case presented to the United States Supreme Court, but will also focus on actions unions should be taking to address it.
