12th Annual Trading at the River Conference & Native Marketplace
Our Native American Business Network is holding its 12th Annual Trading at the River Conference & Native Marketplace at Lewis and Clark College, May 27-29.
Trading at the River features inspirational speakers, informative panels and valuable workshops for small business owners and economic development organizations. ONABEN encourages all small business owners in the area to take advantage of this wonderful learning and networking opportunity. The organization offers a discount of $150 off of registration for any small business owner, using the code TATRSMBIZ14.
ONABEN also welcomes community members to come check out the Native Marketplace, a highlight of the event, which features over 20 Native vendors. It is free and open to the public from 8am-4pm, May 29 at Lewis and Clark College (Smith Hall).
This annual event, Trading at the River, brings together small business resources, entrepreneurs and the organizations that serve them to provide networking and educational opportunities. ONABEN – Our Native American Business Network (www.onaben.org) - ONABEN is a nonprofit, public-benefit corporation created by Northwest Tribes to increase the success of private businesses owned by Native Americans. ONABEN offers training and support focused on developing entrepreneurship in Native communities.
Conference attendees are Native American business owners, representatives from tribal governments, departments and enterprises, Native economic development organizaitons, financial institutions, and state, federal and other public agencies.
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided daily. Lewis and Clark Collge has a dining area for meals & some meals will be catered.
