Grandma Aggie

Well, my feet are just about back on the ground after having Grandmother Aggie on Osiyo.

She is WONDERFUL and I hope we can get interest up in supporting her and the Council of Indigneous Grandmothers...

It costs 250K for the Grandmothers to meet every six months and our own Oregonian grandmother, Grandmother Aggie, needs sponsorship.. Let's get behind her and support our spiritual leaders!

Watch for my next blog entry on what happened to the planned content for the show..Joy Harjo will interviewed in June...Her book, "Crazy Brave" totally rocks and you will want to get your own copy when it's released in July...

A fitting topic to add is my review of Joy Harjo's Crazy Brave

Joy Harjo has written a jarring account of her early years from an omnipresent point of view that informs us of the whys and from wheres her work originates...A fitting addition to my show with the loose "Crazy" theme.

You will want to listen in on April 19th at 6PM Portland time.

I want to welcome my new listeners from across the web, hope you enjoy, OSIYO with Redwillow!

Talley's memorial event, First Salmon Ceremony, Delta Park Powwow, and more...

A Personal Look at PTSD on Osiyo with Redwillow

On Osiyo with Redwillow, April 19th, KBOO we will talk about personal challenges of this stress disorder. Hear about Redwillow's journey of self-discovery and how finally having a correct diagnosis has facillitated self-healing...

Hoping to have a specialist in the studio to discuss fallicies, the differing kinds of PTSD, and treatment for those with complex PTSD.

Also provided will be music to ease the savage beast....

Be aware, there will be a frank discussion on trauma, emotional and physical...

Kurt saved my @#!, and I owe him an apology...

On Osiyo with Redwillow, I flubbed big time and didn't have my music ready and Kurt saved my ass by first finding the music and then catching the possible FCC infraction by ditching the dirty...

I then in my infinite wisdom once I heard that I had been suspended looked to blame someone and did, Kurt.

Here is my public apology. Hope you will still board op for me, I need you.

Cody's Blackbird's "Hear My Cry" got me in hot water...Next show not til April 19th...Check out the rap tune...They made censored and uncensored versions...

Osiyo with Redwillow

I'm very excited to begin work on this show, which I dedicate to my mentor and friend, the late John Talley.

He was very pleased and happy to hear that I had my own show...I hope to do him proud...

Memorial Service for Talley

Celebration of John's life will take place later in the spring. Will keep you informed.
