The U-S Food and Drug Administration announced Friday that the hormone-disrupting chemical bisphenol A, also known as B-P-A, is safe.
The FDA’s assessment of the chemical apparently relied on two studies—both of which were funded by the American Chemistry Council, Dow Chemical and Industry leaders.
Two independent journalists were among six people arrested in China yesterday.
The other four were apparently 'Free Tibet' protesters, but were not engaged in any protests at the time of their arrest.
