We'll hear from Pirate's Choice Kombucha creator Gunnar Johnson, who will enlighten us all about this recently resurrected ancient health tonic. And culinary rebel Michael Hebberoy will be on to talk about the underground food movement in America. Hebbory splashed onto Portland's restaurant scene (with his then-wife Naomi) in 2003, opening Family Supper followed by the upscale clarklewis and Gotham Bldg Tavern. Before his gourmet success, Michael was the proprietor of an un-licensed, underground restaurant. He'll talk with us about his punk-inspired ideals and the dark side of commercial success.
