Suzanne Ross of the New York City Free Mumia organization provided updates on Mumia’s case. The prosecution  is trying to reinstate the death penalty and appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court. December 9 is the anniversary of the death of Officer Faulkner so demonstrations and rallies will take place all over the world.
