American Psychological Association Drops Complaint Against Guantanamo "Torture Psychologist"

The American Psychological Association has dropped a formal complaint against John Leso, a psychologist at the US's Guantanamo prison, who designed and oversaw torture techniques used against prisoners. Book Mole: "The Enchanted"

Our Book Mole Larry Bowlden previews a soon-to-be-published novel by Portland writer Rene Denfeld.  It's called The Enchanted, and it takes place on death row.  It's a sad, yet courageous book, full of superb writing.
