This morning, protesters with Rising Tide interrupted a "power" breakfast being held by Governor Kitzhaber at downtown Portland's Governor Hotel, in order to give voice to concerns over the movement of megaloads of extraction equipment through tribal land in Eastern Oregon on the way to the Alberta tar sands.
