Housing Justice Victory after Sheriff's Office Sit-in (raw audio)

Following a 20 hour sit-in at the Multnomah County Sheriff Dan Staton's  office, the Sheriff and County Chair Jeff Cogan agreed to a "path" to a moratorium on evictions due to foreclosure, working with judges to slow the process and monitoring of the use of force.  The sit-in followed the 5 am eviction last week of the Debbie Austin family by a dozen sheriff deputies and police, despite the fact that the Fannie Mae had carried forward a wrongful foreclosure.
