ACLU Fights DEA's Attempt to Access Oregonians' Prescription Records

The ACLU of Oregon has joined a suit brought before a federal judge by the state of Oregon in an attempt to prevent the DEA from accessing the data gathered by Oregon's Prescription Drug Monitoring Program without a warrant.
