As such, he is a staunch defender of the 2nd Amendment. Portland native SHARON MAXWELL is running against NICK FISH to serve the community and gave a press conference TUESDAY at Portland Community College-Cascade campus to announce her running for district 2. Ballots to vote on the canidates will be mailed out on April 30th and the ballot votes will be counted on May 20, 2014.
