Hello Fellow Space Travelers!!

And welcome to the gateway to the Summer Season at Grateful Dead and Friends! We started off today's show by celebrating the soon arrival of The Moody Blues to Portland on the 3rd of June. We found a nice recording of their show in Tucson, Arizona, and played the first song of the concert, "The Voice". After that juicy cut, we welcomed Scotty from Garcia Birthday Band, and Matt from Twisted Whistle to the studio to tell all the folks about the KBOO Benefit Concert at The Mt. Tabor Theater that very evening! The lineup for the show was Twisted Whistle,  Garcia Birthday Band,  And The Lost Creek Gang (Eli Babbs and Company. Pranksters!). Also on hand was Zane Kesey and the Furthur Bus!!
