Afterward by Edith Warton

program:
Gremlin Time
program date:

Ned and Mary Boyne  move into an old manor house in Dorset, deep in the English countryside. Its need of major renovation and its isolation are exactly what the young couple had dreamed of finding once that had 'made it'.  And the story that there is even a ghost, makes the place even more appealing. But strangely, all they can learn about this haunting is that  you won't know you have seen the ghost until 'afterward'. And this leaves them totally unprepared for what does happen.

Albert Camus's THE PLAGUE

program:
Ubu Hour
program date:
Sun, 05/03/2009

The Ubu Hour adapts Albert Camus's THE PLAGUE just in time for the swine flu pandemic... Actually we ran a longer version of this show 3 years ago, when people were worried about avian flu and how the Bush administration would react to it.  So we took that 1 hour show, chopped out all the Bush parts, added in a page of dialog about swine flu, and voila! A new Ubu episode...
