Back To The Egg
Air date:
Sun, 03/04/2012 - 12:00am - 3:00am
Short Description:
Theme show with Todd: Songs about cities

Back To The Egg returns to you this Saturday night with the first theme show since "Beatlesque II" in October of 2010: SONGS ABOUT CITIES!

Co-hosted and co-curated by friend of the show Todd Bayles, we will be taking a late-night KBOO-style musical tour of cities large and small. Chicago? We've got it covered. New York? Fuhgeddabouddit -- you know how many songs have been written about that place? Luckenbach, Texas? Yes, if it comes to that (you'll be able to call in as well with your suggestions)

Songs about cities -- midnight to 3am this Saturday night** on KBOO!

Tonight on Them Young Hooligans, our heroic and inept heros manage to lock themselves away in the hell that is Production 2. Refusing to give up, they tunnel their way down to the sewers beneath KBOO and begin their escape.

What horrors lurk in the shadows for the valiant Hooligans?

Which Pony is best Pony?

Why did Tony drop the Bass all over the floor?

Will Grants missing shoe ever find its way back to him?

All these questions will be answered and more.
