ONE LAND, MANY VOICES guests this week, live via telephone, are American Friends Service Committee Middle East Peace Program Coorinator, Wafa Shami, and Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions executive director, Jeff Halper.  Both Wafa and Jeff will be in Portland on the weekend of October 11th and 12th.  They'll be talking with OLMV program hosts, Hala and Will, about free trade olive oil and Jeff's participation in the FREE GAZA boat lift in August.

Host Will Seaman speaks with the Reverend Richard Toll of Sabeel, an international peace movement initiated by Palestinian Christians in the Holy Land who seek a just peace based on two states-Palestine and Israel-as defined by international law and existing United Nations resolutions. Sabeel promotes theological, moral, and legal principles for peace as outlined in the Jerusalem Sabeel Document. Reverend Toll is co-chair of Friends of Sabeel-North America (FOSNA), which works in the U.S. and Canada to support the vision of Sabeel, cultivating the support of American churches through co-sponsored regional educational conferences, alternative pilgrimage, witness trips, and international gatherings in the Holy Land.
